We have carefully selected some of our favorite cuts just for you! Each box will have a variety of cuts which gives you the option to try different cuts and find your favorite.
We raise our beef from birth to butcher and by doing so this allows us to know and control every aspect around our beef. It allows us to track blood lines and genetics. Knowing and having hands on is crucial in todays world. We can tell you exactly which beef animal is in our product vs not knowing how many are in the mix like commercial chain stores often have.
We raise our beef in Deming, WA and our farm is nestled in the beautiful South Fork Valley. Our farm is a family owned and operated farm all around, right down to our kids helping out! The beef we raise is grass fed from start to finish and never given any grains, oats or corn products. Simply just the grass Mother Nature intended for them.
When we butcher we use a local facility that is less than an hour from us. We feel it’s important to keep local economy strong and by supporting them it benefits everyone. Driving 6 hours or more to a facility is not something we feel is healthy or safe for our animals. Once our beef is at the local locker we then have them dry age our beef 21 days. This brings out the flavor!
