We are taking more beef to the processor this week! That meat will be ready and available in about 3 weeks. We will have a full restock of steaks, ground beef, soup bones and many more cuts. We are currently taking preorders for ground beef and beef boxes. To learn more reach out. We’d love to walk through our process of ordering some of our grass fed beef. All of our beef is grass fed from start to finish. No corn, grains or oats of any kind. Just the grass they graze on in the Spring and Summer months throughout the pastures and forest. In the Winter months we feed them that same grass in hay or haylage form. So nothing else is added. The consistency of us doing this has shown in our beef. The marbling is incredible along with the tenderness and flavor. Once you have it you will not want anything else!
