Erin the creator and owner of El Fuego has several different varieties to offer. We are currently offering 2 of the best! Pineapple Thai Sweet Pepper Sauce and Roasted Garlic Hab Pepper Sauce. Both have incredible flavor profiles. Erin has created some very unique flavor combos that go from sweet to hot! She provides lots of ideas for use on each bottle. Some traditional and some you would have never thought of doing.
