Goodbye 2021 and hello 2022! With the new year we are changing the way we are pricing our grass fed beef. This year we are moving towards most packages having a flat rate on them. Some will still be by the pound but most will be a flat rate. This makes it easier for us and you! So for example,
our Rib Eye steaks will be either a Large Rib Eye which is up to 1lb and will run $25 or you can get an XL Rib Eye steak which will be 1.1 lb or more for $28.
Some of our other cuts like the Briskets and Short Ribs will still be by the pound. There can be a lot of difference in sizes for these particular cuts. We have also taken a few cuts off but will bring them back in the summer months. Such as the kabobs and stir fry.
By doing it this way this will allow us to add more of our cuts to the website and not have to try and separate website cuts from stand orders!
We hope this works better for you as the customer as well. This way you can have a much faster and clearer idea of what you total would be. So stay tuned and we will be putting more beef on the website soon!
