We know a lot of you have been wondering when are the blueberries ready for u-pick! Each day we are getting closer. Typically our variety of berries are ready in July. We are checking the field often to see the progression of the berries and with this hot weather it will help with ripening. Many of you have called asking when the Chandler’s are ready. We will post via our website and social media pages like Facebook/Instagram with all the information you need.
We will also post what the days u-pick will be and the hours. Always check our Facebook page for any last minute changes in hours. Often times this is one of the fastest ways for us to get information out quickly. Understandably not everyone has social media and you are always more than welcome to call our email us before making a trip out.
The 2021 season prices are as follows; U-pick will be $3 lb and We-pick will be $4 lb We will also be stocking the stand with pints and 2lb clamshells. So lots of ways to get blueberries!
- We will provide buckets for picking or bring your own! (our 2lb bucket ends up being about 10lbs of berries!)
- PLEASE remember NO dogs allowed in the field or garden area. Please leave them at home
- Cash or check is preferred (however if someone is available we can take credit)
- Be courteous to others while picking.
- It’s going to be a hot summer, so please make sure you bring something to drink while picking!
