Meet Caity Patten! We are excited for her to join us at Mama’s Garden as our “Floral Coordinator.” She brings with her years of experience in floral design and has been making some of our beautiful bouquets that have been available in the stand recently. We are very excited for her to be part of Mama’s Garden! Caity will be the one to work with you on your requests and orders for weddings, events or special occasion. Hi there! I’m Caity Patten and I’m a flower mama here at the garden. My family (my husband Doug, three teen kids and I) moved out to the valley in 2017 and over these last several years I have gotten to know and love these amazing Mamas and this wonderful garden.
After years of volunteering and trying to “get in where I fit in ” it wasn’t long before I was brought in the fold. I have been in the floral industry for over 20 years; 14 of which with Haggen as a floral and garden manager. I am thrilled beyond words to be out of the floral “shop” and into the dirt! I’m such a flower nerd so I’ve loved being involved in the whole growing process from seed to vase. It’s truly a dream come true to be loving others in this way, one bouquet at a time. I am so blessed to be apart of this generous community, this beautiful farm and this amazing family.
Outside of playing with flowers, you’ll find me either covered in paint creating something artsy, crocheting, baking or just hanging out with my family making memories.
